Home Buyer Beware
Another question for y'all. In the country, people build and buy homes without surveys. In Miami, they add rooms without permits. Where in the world do you think they do things by the book? Buyer beware no matter where you go, make sure you do your homework. Surveys, home inspections and etc's. And get to know a good real estate agent in town. One who is available to answer and guide you with thousands of questions.
